44 Gaukel is a co-working arts and technology hub, shared as a working space for local arts and culture non-profit organizations and as a makerspace for the tech start-ups of the Accelerator Centre. 44 Gaukel is located in the heart of Downtown Kitchener, steps from City Hall and Victoria Park.
The second floor of 44 Gaukel offers two flexible rentable spaces. These multi-use spaces are available for creative and alternative uses. Come be a part of the creative community at 44 Gaukel!
The Community Space is 322.8 sq ft. and measures 18'-10" by 17'-11." This space features a board room set up and chairs for flexible seating. It also has mounted whiteboards and a projector screen. There is lots of bright natural light!
The community space is used as a staff lounge Monday to Friday during working hours. It is available for rentals after 5:30 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Please contact Tyler at email@example.com for more details on rental availability.

|Hours Of Operation||This space is used by 44 Gaukel staff during the day and is only open for rentals beginning after 5:30 pm and ending before 10:30 pm on weekdays and on weekends. Rentals outside of regular building hours will be required to sign out a key. A fee is applicable for lost or damaged keys.|
|Rental Policy||44 Gaukel is a shared space. Unless indicated at time of rental, the staff lounge, meeting rooms and board room are only to be used by tenants. Renters are not to prop open the outside doors. The shared kitchen may be lightly used during rental but we ask that renters be respectful of tenant space and priority. Please keep all activity within the designated rental space. Renters are not to access any of the other studios or offices without express permission of the space's tenant. Renters are not permitted to touch or remove any of the equipment or tools that may be in these spaces or any of the shared spaces (hallways, lounge, kitchen, meeting rooms, lobby). Damage fees will apply.|
|Cancellation Policy||In the event of a cancellation, a credit will be given to renters who provide a minimum of one week's notice . Bookings cancelled with less than one week's notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of their quoted rental fee. For cancellations within 24 hours of rental, renters are subject to 100% of their quoted rental fee. Bookings can be cancelled by contacting email@example.com|
